We offer home staging packages in Tuscany, including customized cleaning services and professional photography. The color photographs will be delivered at the end of the project in digital format on a USB drive.
Completion timelines will be agreed upon at the beginning of the project.
If electricity or water is not available in the property, we will make every effort to arrange the necessary services; however, we cannot guarantee their availability.
BASIC PACKAGE – DEEP CLEANING, PHOTOSHOOTING
A thorough and detailed cleaning service designed to prepare the property for sale, rental, or use. The service includes:
- General tidying of all spaces
- Complete deep cleaning of all surfaces (floors, washable walls, skirting boards)
- Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchens (worktops, appliances, interiors and exteriors, grout)
- Cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms (toilets, showers, bathtubs, fixtures, mirrors, grout)
- Careful dusting and polishing of furniture and objects
- Cleaning of interior glass and accessible windows
- Vacuuming and washing of floors
- Removal of cobwebs from corners and ceilings and elimination of unpleasant odors
- 5 professional photos per room, with careful attention to lighting and composition

- Minor household repairs (e.g. handles, hinges, small maintenance work)
- Basic aesthetic touch-ups (refining visual details, small paint touch-ups – paint to be provided by the client)
- General inspection of the property’s condition
- Preparation of spaces for presentation or photography
- 7 professional photos per room, with careful attention to lighting and composition
